Super refreshing bone drink

Bone broth is the drink I have daily. I have had it every Sunday as a soup since my mum cooked it for us for lunch every weekend. Now it upgraded to this refreshing drink and has great health benefits.

You need:

  • Bones (I put 2 pieces in a 3 liter pan so it does not get jelly like when cold.)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 turnip cabbage
  • 1 ribs celery
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1tsp salt
  • Cilantro
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Stick of celery
  • 1tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • water

How to:

  1. Cut the vegetables into big chunks. Put the ingredients in a big pan with cold water cover it and cook on very low for 8 hours.
