Curly broccoli delight

All right. These words definitely look good together.

You need:

  • 1 tbs Fat
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of crushed garlic
  • Half broccoli head
  • some thin sweet potato slices
  • some thin parsnip slices
  • 1tsp of savory
  • 1tsp of celery
  • Sprinkle of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of raisins
  • some leftover meat

How to:

  1. Throw the diced onions into a pan after a tablespoon of hot fat. Leave them on low heat to sweat for 4 minutes.
  2. Then comes the garlic to sweat for 2 minutes
  3. Now add the vegezables spices and salt. Fry  for 15 minutes on high heat.
  4. Add raisins.
