Grilled carp with kale snack and mangold salad

Fish is wonderful as it melts in your mouth. Juice is the key!

You need:

  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 half a lemon juice
  • 2 dl olive oil
  • Bunch of dill
  • 1 tsp of savory
  • 4 slices of fish

How to:

  1. Mix the first five ingredients in a bowl. Soak the fish in it for 2 hours.
  2. Grill both sides for 10 mins.

Enjoy the juice!

Kale snack

You need:

  • 100g kale
  • 1 tbsp of lard
  • 1 dl olive oil
  • Pinch of salt

How to:

  1. Heat the lard in a pan
  2. Throw in the kale.
  3. Stir every 3 minutes until crispy.
  4. Throw in a pinch of salt.

Right on!

Mangold salad

You need:

  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 half a lemon juice
  • 1 dl olive oil
  • 1 tsp of grated garlic
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 200 g mangold

How to:

  1. Cut the mangold into 2 cm pieces
  2. Put the first 5 ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  3. Throw in the mangold and mix.

Enjoy the juice!
